Drafts are versioned and review-bound. External sending, filing, payment, and restricted provider pulls remain gated.
This client can operate authenticated internal case workflows when the backend data surface is enabled. It does not authorize production consumer data, external transmission, filing, payment execution, or a guaranteed credit outcome.
